预制舱式变电站的设计与建造应用研究

摘要
针对新型预制舱式变电站的特点,比较了其在模块化和智能化设计方面与常规变电站的差异,采用样板调查法、文献研究法、定性分析法等研究方法,提出了预制舱舱体的主要技术要求.并以广东电网110kV河溪变电站和220kV外充公变电站为例,分析了其技术经济指标、站内布置和各功能模块.研究结果表明:对比常规标准化变电站,采用预制舱式变电站模式,可以有效地提高空间利用率和建站灵活性,能够使建筑面积减少20%,建站周期缩短50%,造价降低10%,具有较好的经济实用价值.同时,为将该建设模式纳入南方电网输变电标准化设计模块,提出了预制舱式变电站设计的优化建议.
        In view of the characteristics of the new prefabricated substation,its differences in modularization and intelligent design with conventional substations are compared,by using the research methods such as model survey method,literature research method,and qualitative analysis method to propose the main technical requirements for prefabricated cabins.Taking the 110 kV Hexi substation and 220 kV Waichonggong substation as design examples,the technical and economic indicators,substation layout,and functional modules are analyzed.The research results show that compared with conventional standardized substation,the prefabricated substation mode can effectively improve the space utilization rate and station construction flexibility,reduce the building area by 20%,shorten the station construction period by 50%,and reduce the cost by 10%,which demonstrate its good economic and practical value.In addition,six optimization suggestions for prefabricated substation design are proposed so as to provide help for incorporating this construction mode into the power transmission and transformation standardization design module of China Southern Power Grid.
