摘要
目前,液压挖掘机常用三种液压系统是负流量控制系统、正流量控制系统、负荷传感控制系统。这三种系统所采用的液压泵,其流量控制原理是不一样的,对液压泵流量控制原理进行分析,对于液压系统的应用及故障分析处理,有非常重要的意义。
At present, there are three kinds of hydraulic systems commonly used for hydraulic excavator, which are negative flow control system, positive flow control system and load sensing control system. The hydraulic pump of three kinds of system, its flow control principle is different. It is very necessary for hydraulic system selection and fault analysis and processing to analyze and compare their hydraulic pump flow control principle.
