摘要
在圆锥滚子轴承中,负背角的大小直接影响着轴承的可靠性。本文将先对圆锥滚子轴承结构进行分析,接着找出负背角对轴承的影响,最终确定出负背角合理的范围及计算公式以提高轴承润滑性能及大挡边可靠性。
In tapered roller bearings, the size of the negative back angle directly affects the reliability of the bearing. The structure of the tapered roller bearing has been analyzed in the text. The influence of the negative back angle on the bearing has been found out. Finally, the reasonable range and the calculation formula of the negative back angle have been determined. Thus in this way, the bearing lubrication performance and the reliability of the large rib have been improves.
