摘要
2017年,回龙抽水蓄能电站综合治理改造期间对1号、2号机顶盖螺栓进行改造,螺栓重新设计选型,座环把合螺纹孔扩孔,使顶盖螺栓在各种工况运行时保证有足够的安全裕度。本文对回龙抽水蓄能电站顶盖螺栓及其连接部件从设计选型,结构优化,加工工艺,强度复核计算,座环把合螺孔扩孔等方面进行介绍,以期对国内外其他电站提供有益借鉴。
        In 2017,during the comprehensive treatment and renovation of huilong pumped storage power station,the new design and selection of the bolt, the seat ring reaming the threaded hole, make the top bolt have enough safety margin in all kinds of working conditions.This paper introduces the top bolt and its connecting parts of huilong power station from the aspects of design and selection, structure optimization, processing technology, strength check calculation, seat ring and screw hole reaming, etc., in order to provide useful reference for other power stations at home and abroad.
