摘要
随着新能源汽车的快速发展,政府和公众对汽车的安全性,阻燃性能有了越来越高的要求。同时,近几年不断出现的公交客车自燃、燃烧事故也促使相关政府部门、行业协会出台了更高的汽车内饰材料的燃烧特性标准。随着《汽车内饰材料的燃烧特性》GB8410-2016和《营运客车内饰材料阻燃特性》JT/T 1095-2016的发布,以及客户对汽车内部气味的要求越来越高,对汽车内饰材料的燃烧特性及气味排放提出的更高的要求。而传统的汽车内饰材料在燃烧特性及气味排放方面已经远远达不到相关标准和市场的要求。根据目前国内相关内饰材料的研发和材料的应用,我们选取了聚氨酯硬泡工艺作为新款仪表台开发的主要方向,并经过反复试验、试制,成功开发出了适合北方客车新能源公交系列的新款聚氨酯硬泡仪表台。
        With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the government and the public have higher and higher requirements for the safety and flame retardant performance of automobiles. At the same time, in recent years, the spontaneous combustion and combustion accidents of bus buses have also prompted relevant government departments and industry associations to issue higher standards for the combustion characteristics of automotive interior materials. With the release of "Combustion Characteristics of Vehicle Interior Materials" GB8410-2016 and "Combustion Retardability Charac-teristics of Passenger Car Interior Materials" JT/T 1095-2016, and customers 'requirements for internal odors are increa-sing. Higher requirements for combustion characteristics and odour emission of automotive interior materials. The traditional automotive interior materials in terms of combustion characteristics and odor emissions have fallen far short of the relevant standards and market requirements. According to the research and development of domestic interior materials and the application of materials, we selected polyurethane hard bubble technology as the main direction of the development of the new dashboard, and after repeated trials and trials, successfully developed a new polyurethane hard bubble dashbo-ard suitable for the new energy bus series of northern passenger cars.
