摘要
模块化复杂产品具有耦合性、多层次和重叠性等复杂特征。针对现有模块发现方法不能识别产品架构中的重叠结构,本文在对谱聚类算法进行改进的基础上,提出一种新的复杂产品模块发现方法。该方法能实现复杂产品模块化组织的可视化,发现共享零部件,有助于协同设计和任务间的信息交互。以轮式装载机的工作装置为实例,验证了该方法的可行性。
Modular complex products have the characteristics of coupling,multilevel and overlapping. In view of the fact that the existing module discovery methods cannot recognize the overlapping structures of the product architecture,this paper proposes a new complex product module discovery method based on modified spectral clustering algorithm. This method can realize the visualization of the complex product modular organization,discover the shared parts,and contribute to the information interaction and collaborative design. The feasibility of this method is verified by taking the working device of wheel loader as an example.
