摘要
采用溶液法制备了NaB_5O_8·4H_2O,利用XRD和FT-IR等对产品进行表征,结合TG-DTA热重分析法对NaB_5O_8·4H_2O的热分解进行分析。为进一步确认NaB_5O_8·4H_2O在热降解过程中失去的为结晶水,而未破坏NaB_5O_8的化学结构,根据TG失重的温度,将NaB_5O_8·4H_2O置于相应温度的马弗炉中进行焙烧,并用XRD和FT-IR对将焙烧产物的结构进行物相表征,并最终得到NaB_5O_8·4H_2O的热分解过程。结果表明,NaB_5O_8·4H_2O热分解过程大致分为三个阶段:第一阶段硼酸钠失去两个结晶水,第二阶段硼酸钠失去一个结晶水,第三阶段硼酸钠失去一个结晶水形成无水硼酸钠。
NaB_5O_8·4 H_2O was prepared by solution synthesis,and it was characterized by XRD and FT-IR.To further confirm only the crystal water of NaB_5O_8·4 H_2O was lost during thermal degradation,and the chemical structure of NaB_5O_8 was retained without destroy,muffle furnace was employed for roasting NaB_5O_8·4 H_2O according to the weight loss temperature obtained from TG.XRD and FT-IR were used to confirm the structure of the calcined product,and finally the thermal decomposition process of NaB_5O_8·4 H_2O was obtained.The results show that the thermal decomposition process can be divided into three stages: during the first stage,sodium borate loses two crystalline water; during the second stage,sodium borate loses one crystalline water; during the third stage,sodium borate loses one crystalline water,and anhydrous sodium borate forms.
