摘要
对中学生在5Kg、6Kg、7Kg和8Kg不同背包负重下行走时步态特征进行研究,分析了不同负重下行走与自然行走步态之间的差异。结果显示,受试者在不同负重状态下,其步长、跨步长、步频和步速均与自然行走时没有统计学差异,但是随着负重的增加受试者的双足支撑相均明显增加、双足摆动相明显下降。提示即使短暂的负重时间也会对跨步周期产生明显的影响,长期负重可能对中学生的正常身体发育和良好姿势养成造成不良影响。
This paper analyzes differences of the gait characteristics of middle school students between natural walking and walking with the load of 5 kg,6 kg,7 kg or 8 kg backpacks. The results show that the step length,stride length,stride frequency and pace under different load-bearing conditions are not statistically different from those of natural walking,but the subjects' bipedal support phase has significantly increased and bipedal swinging phase has significantly decreased. The results suggest that even a short load-bearing time will have a significant impact on the stride cycle,and long-term weight bearing may have adverse effects on the normal physical development and good posture of middle school students.
