摘要
根据华北电网《两个细则》中自动发电控制(AGC)补偿费用的计算方法,提出调节深度、调节性能Kp对AGC服务贡献补偿费用的影响,将A热电投资储能系统的成本和加入储能调频前后的Kp值、AGC补偿费用进行对比。分析结果表明,电厂加入储能系统不仅可以提高电厂的安全运行水平,减小环保指标超标风险,降低煤耗,提高AGC补偿费用,还可以改善电网运行的可靠性和安全性,实现多赢。
This paper proposed the influence of adjustment depth, regulation performance Kpon the compensation cost of the AGC service according to the calculation method of the automatic generation control(AGC) contribution compensation cost of in the two rules and made a comparison on the value of cost of the cogeneration energy storage system, Kpand the AGC compensation cost under condition of without or with energy storage FM added. Results show that addition of energy storage system brings a lot benefits, such as the safety operation level of the power plant is improved, risk of exceeding the standard of environmental protection is reduced, coal consumption is reduced, AGC compensation cost is increased, the reliability and safety of the power grid operation is improved and so on.
