摘要
职业院校青年教师的培养不同于普通本科院校,要结合职业院校的特点,分析影响高职教育教师能力的因素,制定具有高职特色的长效机制,进行校企、校政、校际之间的协同创新,并且进行持续有效的考核才能有效地培养职业教育合格教师.
The training of young teachers in vocational colleges is different from that of ordinary undergraduate colleges. It is necessary to combine the characteristics of vocational colleges with the analysis of factors that affect the ability of teachers in higher vocational education,formulate a long-term mechanism with higher vocational characteristics,and carry out collaborative innovation between school enterprises,school administration,and schools. And the continuous and effective assessment can effectively train qualified teachers in vocational education.
