摘要
职业院校名师工作室的建设,可以促进教师专业化发展,提高职业教育教学质量,提升职业院校教师队伍整体素质水平。本文基于名师工作室的实践研究,探索构建跨院校教师发展共同体,构建校企合作的教师发展共同体,构建中高职教师专业学习发展共同体,构建教师教学研究发展共同体,这种多领域,多维度,立体化的教师发展共同体,充分发挥名师工作室的示范引领作用,促进中高职教师队伍的整体发展。
The construction of distinguised teacher workshop in vocational college can promote professional development of teachers, improve teaching quality of vocational education, and improve the overall quality level of teachers in vocational colleges.Based on practical reasearch of distinguished teacher workshop, this thesis explores such multi-filed, multi dimensions and three-dimensional teacher development commulity as community of cross-school teachers development, teachers development through college-enterprise cooperation, professional learning development of teachers in middle and higher vocational college, and teaching research development of teachers and so on, so as to make exemplary and leading role of distinguished teacher workshop into full play, and topromote overall development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
