机械类专业成人高等职业教育面临的困境与对策研究

摘要
阐述了成人高等职业教育的地位与整体现状。分析了机械类成人高等职业教育面临的入学人数飞速萎缩、社会认可度不高、课程难以理解、办学方式陈旧等困境。提出了重新调整人才培养方案,针对培养;利用网络、信息化手段进行教学;引入项目法等教学方法,重组教学资源;借助现代学徒制优势,保证学习时间;健全成人教育管理制度,提升授课教师课酬等改革手段,并对改革方案进行了探索实践,取得了一定成效。
This paper expounds the status and overall status of education in adult higher vocational education. Analyzes the difficulties faced by education, such as rapidly shrinking enrollment, low social recognition, difficult to understand courses,and outdated modes of running schools. Put forward to readjust talent training program, aim at training; Using network and information means for teaching; Introducing teaching methods such as project method and reorganizing teaching resources; Take advantage of modern apprenticeship system to ensure learning time; We have improved the adult education management system, improved the remuneration of teachers and other reform measures, and explored and practiced the reform program, and achieved certain results.
