基于多级过滤吸附的水回收处理工艺研究

摘要
针对城市中水回收的要求,为提高中水回收的效率,更好的去除中水中的有机物等物质,提出一种多级过滤的中水回收实验方案。首先采用聚合氯化铝作为混凝剂,对处理的中水样品迚行初步处理,然后依次串联纤维球、颗粒活性炭和沸石,将上述滤料放入到滤柱中,并在一定过滤速率的情况下,依次对中水样品迚行过滤吸附,最后得到经过滤后的水样中有机物浓度。从最初初始的115.35 mg/L下降为33.57 mg/L,同时NH3-N浓度从63.50 mg/L下降到8.65 mg/L。由此可以看出,本文构建的多级中水工艺具有较好的过滤效果。同时从成本的角度来讲,吸附过滤方案在成本上具有很强的优势。
        According to the requirement of urban reclaimed water recycling, in order to improve the efficiency of reclaimed water recycling and better remove organic substances in reclaimed water, an experimental scheme of reclaimed water recycling by multi-stage filtration was proposed. In this experimental scheme, polyaluminium chloride was used as coagulant to treat the reclaimed water samples, and then fiber balls, granular activated carbon and zeolite were connected in series. The above filter materials were put into the filter column. At a certain filtration rate,the water samples were filtered and adsorbed in turn, and finally the organic matter concentration in the filtered water samples was determined. Organic matter concentration decreased from the initial 115.35 mg/L to 33.57 mg/L, the concentration of NH3-N decreased from 63.50 mg/L to 8.65 mg/L. The results showed that the multi-stage reclaimed water process constructed in this paper had better filtering effect. At the same time, from the cost point of view, this adsorption and filtration scheme had a strong advantage in cost.
