摘要
从认知视角构建创业环境、创业认知和创业意向的理论模型,探索创业环境、创业认知对新生代农民工返乡创业意向的影响及其作用路径。实证研究表明,不同层面创业环境对新生代农民工返乡创业意向作用路径不同。社会网络支持对创业意向既有直接影响,又借助创业认知产生间接影响;宏观环境通过创业认知间接影响创业意向;创业认知在创业环境与创业意向关系中发挥了中介作用。应开展基于社会网络的创业宣传,优化创业宏观环境,加大创业培训,从而提升返乡创业意向。
From a cognitive perspective, this paper constructs the theoretical model of entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial intention, and explores the influence of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial cognition on the entrepreneurial intention of the new generation of migrant workers returning home and its action path. The empirical study shows that different levels of entrepreneurial environment have different paths to the new generation of migrant workers' intention to return home for entrepreneurship. Social network support has direct influence on entrepreneurial intention and indirect influence on entrepreneurial cognition. Macro environment indirectly influences entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial cognition. Entrepreneurial cognition plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial intention. Social network-based entrepreneurship publicity should be carried out to optimize the macro environment for entrepreneurship and increase entrepreneurship training, so as to enhance the intention of returning home for entrepreneurship.
