基于就业能力培养的高校课程设置研究

摘要
决定高校人才综合竞争力的因素分为多种,而课程是干预作用最为直接,也最能影响大学生人才专业实力的内容。故多数高校在开展教育创新进程时,都会将课程结构的调整作为核心思路而展开。以当前国内严峻的就业形式为主,本文基于就业能力培养对高校的课程设置思路以及各类注意事项进行了深入的研究分析。望文中内容可供高校教育界相关教育管理人员、教育教学人员做简单参考用。
There are many factors that determine the comprehensive competitiveness of colleges and universities,and the curriculum is the most direct and most influential factor for the professional competence of university students.Therefore,most colleges and universities will take the adjustment of the curriculum structure as the core idea in carrying out the education innovation process.Taking the current domestic severe employment forms as the mainstay,this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the curriculum setting ideas and various matters needing attention in colleges and universities based on the cultivation of employability.The content of Wang Wenzhong can be used as a simple reference for relevant education and management personnel and education personnel in the education circles of universities.
