摘要

健全的争端解决机制有利于国际经济贸易的发展。在国际经济贸易争端解决机制中,国际商事仲裁无疑在其中占据着一席之地。国际商事仲裁有着程序简捷灵便、保密程度较强、当事人可以意思自治等优势,在国际商界中成为优选的一种争议解决途径。介绍国外较为著名的仲裁机构,为打造中国国际商事仲裁的国际化品牌提供参考。
        A sound dispute settlement system is conducive to the development of international economy and trade. There is no doubt that international commercial arbitration plays a role in the international economic and trade dispute settlement system. Because international commercial arbitration has the advantages of simple and convenient procedures,strong degree of confidentiality and the autonomy of the parties,it has become a preferred method of dispute resolution in the international business community. Introduce some famous foreign arbitration institutions so as to provide some small reference for building an international brand of arbitration in China.
