摘要
再生混凝土粗骨料质量等级综合评价是一个涉及多项参数指标的复杂性决策问题,对此提出了基于熵权可拓理论的再生混凝土粗骨料质量等级评判模型,并依据《混凝土用可再生粗骨料标准》(GB/T 25177-2010)选取表观密度、孔隙率、坚固性等7项指标作为其质量等级评价的评判因子。首先,运用可拓学的理论知识,在引入经典域、节域、待评物元的基础上,通过物元变换构建再生混凝土粗骨料质量等级评价的物元体系,并计算各指标关联系数;然后,再结合熵权法确定物元指标体系的权重系数,建立熵权物元可拓评价模型,对再生混凝土粗骨料质量等级进行综合评价;最后,通过以某文献中5批再生粗骨料实验结果为实例对其质量等级进行评判,验证了该模型的实用性和可靠性。
        The comprehensive evaluation of coarse aggregate quality grade of recycled concrete is a complex decision problem involving multiple parameter indexes.A new model of recycled coarse aggregate quality grade based on entropy weight extension theory is proposed,and according to "Renewable coarse aggregate standards for concrete"(GB/T 25177-2010),the seven indexes such as apparent density,porosity and robustness are selected as the evaluation factors of the quality grade evaluation.Firstly,based on the theoretical knowledge of extension science,on the basis of introducing the classical domain,the section domain and the material element to be evaluated,the material element system of quality evaluation of coarse aggregate of recycled concrete is established by means of matterelement transformation,and the correlation coefficient of each index is calculated.Then,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight coefficient of the matter-element index system,and the entropy weight matter element extension evaluation model is established to evaluate the coarse aggregate quality grade of recycled concrete.Finally,the experimental results of five batches of recycled coarse aggregate from a literature were used to evaluate the quality grade,the validity and reliability of the model were verified.
