摘要

目前高校贫困生就业质量普遍比较低,推进贫困生就业帮扶还存在一定的困难,这与高等教育人才培养要求不相适应。引入全程育人理念构建贫困大学生就业帮扶模式,有助于促进高校贫困毕业生顺利就业。从资助育人视角探究制约贫困大学生就业帮扶的因素,运用全程育人理念,整合贫困生、高校、社会的力量,大力实施贯穿四年的就业帮扶政策,以此推动贫困大学生就业问题的解决。
        At present,the quality of employment of poor students in colleges and universities is generally low. There are still certain difficulties in promoting the employment assistance of poor students,which is not compatible with the requirements for the training of higher education talents. Introducing the whole concept of educating people to build a job-assisting mode for poor college students can help promote the smooth employment of poor graduates in colleges and universities. Explore the factors that restrict the employment assistance of poor college students from the perspective of funded education,applies the concept of whole-person education,integrates the power of poor students,colleges and universities,and vigorously implements employment assistance throughout the four years to promote the solution of poor college students' s employment issues.
