摘要
在信息化、网络化的时代大背景中,以手机为基本载体的新媒体已经成为信息发布和传播的最重要途径。由于新媒体具有自主化、便捷化、实时化等传统媒体无法比拟的优点,舆情通过新媒体生成和发酵的概率大大增加。面对新媒体的汹涌来袭,政府舆情调控面临预警机制不完善、应对程序繁复、研判技术欠缺等挑战。为此,政府要做好舆情调控工作,必须既要加强顶层设计,又要提升整体防范和综合执行能力,同时还要培养理性平和的社会文化范围,多管齐下,整体推进。
In the context of information and network era,new media with mobile phone as the basic carrier has become the most important way to release and spread information. As new media have incomparable advantages over traditional media such as autonomy,convenience and real-time,the probability of public opinion generation and fermentation through new media has been greatly increased. In the face of the surge of new media,the regulation of public opinion of the government is faced with challenges such as imperfect warning mechanism,complicated procedures and lack of research and judgment technology. Therefore,if the government wants to do a good job in public opinion regulation,it must not only strengthen top-level design,but also improve the overall prevention and comprehensive implementation ability. At the same time,it should also cultivate a rational and peaceful social and cultural scope,and promote it as a whole under the multi-pronged approach.
