摘要
信息时代,电子阅览室已成为高校图书馆的核心库室。然而,由于管理与服务理念的滞后,导致其服务功能和作用不能充分发挥。为改变这种状况,转换工作思路,提升服务理念,加强业务培训,强化外部监督,已成为当下电子阅览室创新服务的基本着眼点。
In the information age,the electronic reading room has become the core library of the university library. However,due to the lag of management and service concepts,its service functions cannot be fully utilized.In order to change this situation,changing the working thoughts,improving the service concept,strengthening business training and external supervision,has become the basic focus of innovation services in the current electronic reading room.
