新型城镇化进程中四川省乡村产业发展的对策

摘要
在新型城镇化建设下,四川省取得一定的成绩,同时也出现了不少问题。如乡村地区产生空心化特征,农村经济发展速度减缓。乡村产业作为农村经济发展的助力,不可忽视。文章以阆中市的老观镇和水观镇入手,结合四川省各乡村情况,对于乡村产业的现状大致了解:如政府的扶持力度不够;乡村及产业基础设施落后;要素制约较为严重;产业过于单一,缺乏创新,不能及时适应当今社会需求。并针对此提出了解决措施,即首先从政府入手,加大对乡村产业的投入度,完善政策保障体系等;其次,就其内部而言,应该了解当地资源,发展特色产业。文章最后,以大邑县安仁镇为成功案例,佐证了本文的措施有效性。
Under the new urbanization construction, Sichuan Province has achieved certain results and many problems have emerged.For example, rural areas have hollowed out characteristics, and the rate of rural economic development has slowed down. As a booster of rural economic development, rural industry cannot be ignored. The article starts with Laoguan Town and Shuiguan Town in Langzhong City,and combines the situation of various villages in Sichuan Province to understand the current situation of rural industry, such as, the government does not support enough, the rural and industrial infrastructure is backward, the factors are more restrictive, the industry is too single, lack of innovation, can not adapt to the needs of today's society. In response to this, the solution is proposed, that is, starting from the government, it should increase investment in rural industries and improve the policy guarantee system; secondly, for its internal, it is necessary to understand local resources and develop characteristic industries. At the end of the article, the case of Anren Town in Dayi County is a successful case, which proves the effectiveness of the measures in this paper.
