总蛋白、白蛋白在肥胖人群中的水平调查研究

摘要
目的探讨青海省海东地区肥胖和正常人群血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)及相关生化指标差异;方法选取我院2014年5月~2015年10月健康体检的各企事业单位职工773例作为研究对象,选择体检者均是肝肾和心肺功能正常的体检人员,对所有体检者进行了测量身高、体质量、计算体质量指数,体质量指数=体质量/身高2按此标准划分为肥胖(BMI>24.9kg/m2)和正常人群(BMI18.9-23.9kg/m2)。在进口贝克曼680型全自动生化分析仪上选用北京九强试剂测定其血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)值,并计算A/G比值,同时检测相关生化指标-血糖、总胆固醇和甘油三酯值进行比较分析;结果 273例正常人群的总蛋白(TP)平均值为71.54 g/L,500例肥胖人群总蛋白(TP)平均值为71.76 g/L,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);273例正常人群白蛋白(Alb)平均值为44.09 g/L,500例肥胖人群白蛋白(Alb)平均值为46.46g/L,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常和肥胖人群的A/G均值分别是1.65和1.89,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并对两组间的血糖、总胆固醇和甘油三脂均值进行了比较,肥胖组的血糖均值为6.61 mmol/L,总胆固醇均值为6.02 mmol/L,甘油三脂均值为2.85 mmol/L;正常组的血糖均值为4.83 mmol/L,总胆固醇均值为4.72 mmol/L,甘油三脂均值为1.55 mmol/L,两组间各项目测定均值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肥胖人群的血清蛋白、血糖、血脂关系密切,应针对肥胖人群的体质量指数给予针对性的膳食指导,调整营养素的摄入,增强体育锻炼,降低体质量指数,避免肥胖症的发生。
Objective The aim of this study was to determine serum concentrations of total protein, albumin, and other related biochemical Indexes between obese and normal weight samplers in Haidong Prefecture,Qinghai Province.Methods The study was done on 773 physical examination takers,who worked for various enterprises and institutions,in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015.All samplers had normal liver,kidney,and cardiopulmonary functions and were measured heights,weights.Obese and normal population were divided by calculated body mass indexes,in which obese(BMI>24.9kg/m2) and normal(BMI:18.9-23.9kg/m2).Imported Beckman Coulter AU680 Analyzer and Beijing Strong reagents were used to measure serum concentrations of total protein and albumin,as well as related biochemical indexes,such as glucose,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels.A/G ratio was calculated accordingly.Results The average total protein in the 273 normal weight samplers was 71.54g/L,while the average total protein in the 500 obese samplers was 71.76g/L.It showed no significant differences in statistics between two groups(P>0.05).The average albumin in the 273 normal weight samplers was 44.09g/L,while the average albumin in the 500 obese samplers was 46.46g/L.It showed significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).A/G ratio in the normal weight samplers and the obese samplers were, respectively,1.65 and 1.89. It showed significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Comparing glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels between two groups,the average glucose was 6.61mmol/L, the average total cholesterol was 6.02 mmol L,the average triglycerides was 2.85mmol/L in the obese samplers;the average glucose was 4.83mmol/L,the average total cholesterol was 4.72 mmol L,the average triglycerides was 1.55mmol/L in the normal weight samplers.It showed very significant differences between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum protein obesity,blood sugar, blood lipids are closely related,should be given for obesity body mass index targeted dietary guidance,adjust the intake of nutrients,enhance physical exercise, reducing body mass index, to avoid the incidence of obesity.
