摘要
针对喂料器优化分配问题,提出一种基于改进单亲遗传算法的喂料器快速分配方法.该方法根据个体适应度大小,合理划分个体在子代出现的次数,减少种群迭代次数,快速得到喂料器分配的最优解.将该方法应用到自主研发高速贴片机平台中,实验表明该方法减少高速贴片机的贴装时间,提高高速贴片机的生产效率.
        In order to address the feeder allocation optimized issue,a rapid feeder allocation method based on the genetic algorithm is proposed. The proposed method,which takes the Individual fitness and the number of emergences of sub-generation into consideration,decreases the number of population iteration and obtains the optimized resolution rapidly. This method is applied in the high-speed surface mounting machine,which we conduct the experiments. The experimental result demonstrate that the proposed method can reduce the mounting time and improve the efficiency of high-speed surface mounting machine.
