科学优化探索大型仪器设备开放共享机制的建立

摘要
作为省属高校的河南大学从2007年开始就在校内通过专管共用补贴的方式初步尝试了大型仪器设备的开放使用,2014年河南大学大型仪器设备的开放运行由全额补贴进入到有偿使用、由校内开放进入到对社会全面开放的新阶段在这个过程中河南大学在平台建设、制度管理和开放服务等方面进行了深入研究与改革,针对省属高校的特点,总结了共享平台体系管理的一些经验,结合河南大学大型仪器设备共享平台建设情况,探讨了如何优化管理与服务,并对未来的发展做了规划和建议。
Henan University, as a provincial-owned university, has initially tried to use large-scale instruments and equipment by means of exclusive and common subsidy since 2007. In 2014, the opening operation of large-scale instruments and equipment in Henan University entered a new stage from full subsidy to paid use, and from the opening of the university to the opening of the whole society. In this process, Henan University has carried out in-depth research and reform in the aspects of platform construction, system management and open service. According to the characteristics of provincial colleges and universities, this paper summarizes some experiences of sharing platform system management, and discusses how to optimize management and service in the light of the construction of large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platform in Henan University. And make plans and suggestions for future development.
