摘要
采用浸渍法制备了贵金属铱催化剂,用于对-氯硝基苯(p-CNB)催化加氢反应,考察了温度、氢压和添加氨基酸对催化反应的影响。研究表明,添加L-Lysine(赖氨酸)时,催化剂的活性和目标产物(对-氯苯胺,p-CAN)的选择性均显著提高,副反应完全被抑制。L-Lysine对Ir/γ-Al2O3贵金属催化剂性能显著的促进作用,可能是由于L-Lysine与催化剂金属活性中心的配位,产生了强烈的协同效应,从而极大的增强了催化剂的催化性能。
        A iridium noble metal catalyst was prepared with a isopropylalcohol solution of H2 Ir Cl6in impregnatingγ-Al2O3. The effect of temperature,pressure of hydrogen and amino acids additive on the hydrogenation of p-chloronitrobenzene(p-CNB) over Ir / γ-Al2O3 was investigated. The addition of L-lysine remarkably improved the catalytic activity of Ir / γ-Al2O3 and the selectivity for p-chloroaniline(p-CAN) at high conversion of p-CNB. The presence of L-lysine greatly enhanced the catalyst activity and completely suppressed the formation of by-products. The promotion effect was attributed to the coordination of L-lysine with the active center of the catalyst.
