摘要
通过对全国25所高职院校2014年食品营养与检测专业人才培养方案中学生生源、课程总学时、人才培养目标、核心课程、顶岗实习、职业资格证书、就业岗位群等方面进行对比分析,分别给出统计图,为高职院校"食品营养与检测专业"人才培养方案修订与完善提供借鉴与参考。
Through the comparative analysis of the source of students,total course hours,training objectives,core courses,post practice,vocational qualification certificates and job groups in the personnel training program of Food Nutrition and Testing Specialty of 25 Higher Vocational Colleges in China in 2014,the statistical maps were provided to revise and improve the personnel training program of Food Nutrition and Testing Specialty in higher vocational colleges for the references.
