中国进口种类增长福利效应的阶段性演进
摘要
本文采用CEPII-BACI数据库HS-6位数产品的中国进口数据,估算了1998-2014年间三个阶段中国进口种类增长的福利效应。结果显示:在1998-2001年、2001-2005年、2005-2014年期间,由于忽略进口种类增长导致中国传统进口价格指数分别向上偏误3.78%、向上偏误6.69%、向下偏误7.25%,即在1998-2014年间,中国消费者从进口种类增长中由获得福利增加转变为遭受福利损失;从中国进口价格偏误指数的货物大类分解来看,消费品与资本品的贡献度明显高于初级品与中间品;从行业分解来看,仪器仪表及文化、办公用机械制造业(41)、通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业(40)两个行业的贡献度最高。
