摘要
《疾痛的故事》采取了人类学的研究方法将疾痛放在文化的视角进行深度释义,从疾痛的个案出发审视疾痛本身所带有的文化和社会属性。该书是一个探究疾痛本质和境况的全新角度,通过对现代医疗制度的批判,作者凯博文希望医患之间的互动模式能够注入更多人文关怀与体谅,患者与医治者能够用对苦难的共情、悲悯、善良等人性最本真的追求来深切对待疾患之苦。这不仅对患者来说是巨大的福音,同时也是改善越来越割裂的医患关系的重要途径。
The Illness Narratives adopts anthropological research methods to deeply explain the illness in the perspective of culture,and examines the cultural and social attributes of illness from some cases.This book from a new perspective explores the nature and situation of illness.Through the critique to modern medical system,the author Arthur Kleinman hopes to promote more humanistic care in the interaction between doctors and patients,and patients and healers can use empathy,compassion,kindness and other human nature,which are the most authentic pursuits,to deeply address the suffering of the disease.This is not only agreat gospel for patients,but also an important way to improve the increasingly fragmented relationship between doctors and patients.
