摘要
三条肽链组成的胶原蛋白,富含于动物的骨结缔组织和皮肤中,是一种螺旋形纤维状的蛋白质。由于其独特的理化性质,胶原蛋白在多个不同领域都有特殊的应用价值。在胶原蛋白的制备过程中,分离纯化的重要性不言而喻。分离纯化一般分为预处理、粗分离和精细分离三个阶段。本文综述了有关胶原蛋白的分离纯化方法,并为将来相关领域的研究提供参考。
Collagen composed of three peptide chains, rich in animal bone connective tissue and skin, is a helical fibrous protein. Due to its unique physical and chemical properties, collagen has special application value in many different fields. In the preparing process of collagen, the importance of separation and purification is self-evident. Separation and purification are generally divided into three stages: pretreatment, crude separation and fine separation. In this paper, the methods of separation and purification of collagen are reviewed, which will provide a reference for future research in related fields.
