摘要
讨论了油嘴选型、上油角度、油剂浓度等对多孔涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)上油均匀性和染色均匀性的影响。结果表明:生产167 dtex/96 f涤纶FDY时,配制油剂质量分数15%~18%,采用出油孔直径0.6 mm的油嘴上油,调整油架倾斜角度使出油孔与丝束接触,保持一定的汇入角度和丝道接触距离,可提高上油均匀性和丝路稳定性,改善产品的染色条纹和纺丝生产状况。
        The effects of nozzle selection, oil feeding angle and oil concentration on oil uniformity and dyeing uniformity of porous polyester full drawn yarn(FDY) were discussed. The results show that during the production of 167 dtex/96 f polyester FDY, the mass fraction of oil agent is 15%~18%, the oil nozzle with oil hole diameter 0.6 mm is used, the inclination angle of oil rack is adjusted to make the oil hole contact with tow, and a certain inlet angle and silk channel contact distance are maintained, which can improve the oil uniformity and silk path stability, improve the dyeing stripes and spinning production status of the product.
