摘要
中大型工程机械多泵系统的最大功率大于动力系统功率,为了保证机器的正常运转,需要进行功率匹配控制。介绍静态单泵、动态单泵及多泵系统动态全功率控制的方法,通过分析指出静态单泵功率匹配控制和动态单泵功率匹配控制均达不到完全利用动力系统功率的效果,而动态全功率匹配控制可以实时完全利用动力系统功率,其所造成的机构运动同快同慢现象,在工程机械操作中是合理并可以接受的。
Power match-up control has to be done when power of a multi-pump system in medium-large size construction machines exceeds power of the drive system. The text is to introduce how the total power is controlled at static single pump, dynamic single pump, and dynamic multi-pump system. Thru analyses it points out however that power match-up control of static single pump and dynamic single pump cannot get an effect on total utilization of power from the drive system but the dynamic total power match-up control can do that in real time, results from which as sync speedup and/or sync slow-down in the structural movements during operation of the construction machines are logic and acceptable.
