临床药师参与甲减相关性肾损害病例治疗实践

摘要
临床药师参与甲减相关性肾损害患者药物治疗方案的确立,并实施全程药学监护。在医生药师配合下,药物治疗方案得以完善,患者病情好转出院。临床药师融合在治疗团队中,充分发挥专业所长,促进合理用药。
Clinical pharmacists involved in the treatment of patients with hypothyroidism-associated renal injury and performed full pharmaceutical monitoring.With the cooperation of doctors and pharmacists,the drug treatment programs were improved,and the patients were discharged with better health conditions.Clinical pharmacist integrates in the treatment team to promote the rational drug use.
