精准护理对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及预后的影响

摘要
目的探讨精准护理对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及预后的影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者120例随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规脑梗死后护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用精准护理。护理开展3个月后,比较2组患者护理效果、护理满意度、日常生活能力评分(ADL)、神经缺损评分(NIHSS)及预后状况。结果观察组的护理总有效率、满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分为(5.54±3.15)分,显著低于对照组的(18.74±7.33)分(P<0.05);观察组ADL评分为(61.56±18.43)分,显著高于对照组的(42.16±21.56)分(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%、疾病复发率为6.67%,分别显著低于对照组的13.33%、23.33%(P<0.05)。结论精准护理能够有效改善急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果,提升患者满意度,改善预后状况。
Objective To analyze the effect of accurate nursing on neurological function and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing after cerebral infarction,while the patients in the observation group received precise nursing on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of nursing,the nursing effect,nursing satisfaction,activities of daily living score(ADL),neural deficit score(NIHSS) and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(5.54±3.15) vs.18.74±7.33),P<0.05],and the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group[(61.56±18.43) vs.(42.16±21.56),P<0.05].The incidence of complications,and disease recurrence in the observation group were 3.33%,6.67%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 13.33%,23.33%,respectively,in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Precision nursing can effectively improve the efficacy of patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve patients' satisfaction,enhance the prognosis of patients.
