摘要
电主轴在机械行业中的应用越来越广泛,如何提高其可靠性正成为人们关注的焦点。与传统主轴相比,电主轴具有许多优点,其在超高速加工中扮演着不可替代的角色。文中介绍了电主轴的特点以及常见的故障类型,并结合专家学者的研究,分别从设计环节、工作运行环节、日常维护环节三方面阐述了提高电主轴可靠性的措施。
Motorized spindle is widely used in machinery industry and how to improve its reliability is becoming the focus of people's attention. Motorized spindle has many advantages compared with the traditional spindle,and it plays an important role in Ultra-high speed machining. The characteristics of motorized spindle and its failure types are introduced.The reliability improvement measures of the motorized spindle are expounded in the aspect of design,running and daily maintenance.
