摘要
本文明确了大型浮选机轴承体在镗床加工中存在的问题,依据抗振原理并结合现场条件,给出两种镗床专用刀架的设计,对各自相关的结构和使用进行了论述。解决了轴承体加工精度和法兰背面加工中的难题,改善产品质量的同时提高了机床的利用率。
This paper introduces the problems of large flotation machine bearing body that exist in the process of boring mill, on the basis of anti vibration principle and combining with the design requirements and conditions, designs two kinds of special boring machine tools, and discusses the structure and application. The machining precision of bearing body and the difficult problem of flange back processing are solved, and improves the utilization rate of the machine tool.
