蛋鸡禽白血病的实验室诊断

摘要
对开阳县某蛋鸡场发生的疫病通过发病情况调查、剖检病变观察、细菌分离培养和相关病毒PCR检测。结果:疫病主要发生于160日龄以上鸡群,病变以肝脏和脾脏显著肿大为特征;细菌分离培养未见菌落生长; PCR检测可见禽白血病病毒特异性DNA片段,但未检出鸡马立克氏病病毒特异性DNA片段。综合诊断为禽白血病病毒感染。
The dead chicken cases,occurred in a laying hen farm in Kaiyang county,were diagnosed by incidence investigation,observation of diseased lesion,isolation and culture of bacteria and PCR detection of virus nucleic acid.Results:this cases mainly occurred in chickens over 160 days old,and the dissection lesion were characterized by marked enlargement of liver and spleen in the sick chickens.No bacterial growth were observed after isolation and culture.The specific DNA fragments of ALV were detected by RT-PCR in liver of the sick chickens,but the fragments of MDV were not detected.These results suggested that this case was caused by avian leukosis virus infection.
