摘要
研究壳寡糖对小鼠通便功能。将昆明雄性小鼠按体重随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组和3个剂量组。剂量组分别经口给予低、中、高剂量(99.2、198.4、396.8 mg/(kg·d))壳寡糖溶液;空白对照组和模型对照组给予蒸馏水,干预时间为7 d。用盐酸洛哌丁胺造小鼠便秘模型。观察各组小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率、首粒排黑便时间、6 h黑便粒数和6 h黑便重量以及粪便含水量。结果表明:与模型对照组比,壳寡糖中剂量组小肠墨汁推进率和6 h黑便重量显著增加(p<0.05);壳寡糖高剂量组小肠墨汁推进率极显著增加(p<0.01)、首粒排黑便时间极显著缩短(p<0.01)、6 h黑便重量与6 h黑便粒数显著增加(p<0.05);在粪便含水量上,各剂量组同空白对照组、模型对照组比无显著性差异。壳寡糖能有效增强小鼠肠道蠕动并促进排便,具有通便功能。
        To investigate the laxative effect of chitooligosaccharide in mice. Kunming male mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group and three dose groups. Dose groups were given low,medium and high doses of chitooligosaccharide solution [99.2,198.4,396.8 mg/(kg·d)],while the blank control group and model control group were given distilled water,with 7 day intervention. Mouse model was made with loperamide hydrochloride. Ink propulsion rate in the small intestine,the time of defecation of the first black feces,the defecation amount and weights in six hours,and the moisture content of stool were observed in each group. Results showed that:compared with the model control group,the medium dose of chitooligosaccharide could increase intestinal propulsive rate and the dejection weights in six hours significantly(p<0.05);the high dose of chitooligosaccharide could significantly increase intestinal propulsive rate(p <0.01),the dejection amount and weights in six hours(p<0.05),and significantly shorten the time of defecation of the first black feces(p<0.01). There was no significant difference between the dose group and the blank control group and model control group in the water content of feces. The chitooligosaccharide significantly improves mice's defecation and intestinal peristalsis with laxative effect.
