摘要
采用平板分离法,从四川省黄龙、九寨沟等地采集肺衣属(lobaria sp.)地衣中分离内生真菌,分别对其进行液体发酵后检测发酵液的抑菌活性,并对具有抑菌活性的内生真菌进行形态学及分子生物学鉴定。结果表明,分离得到37株内生真菌,其中有8株内生真菌的发酵液具有一定的抑菌活性,分别属于黑孢属、链格孢属、镰刀菌属和木霉属等。
Using plate separation method, and endophytic fungi was isolated from Lobaria sp. lichens, which were collected from Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou of Sichuan province. These endophytic fungi were inoculated into liquid medium. The antimicrobial activity of the fermentation fluid were respectively evaluated. These fungi were identified by morphology and molecular biology method. The results showed that 37 endophytic fungi were isolated, and 8 of which had antibacterial activity, which belonged to Melanspora, Streptospora, Fusarium and Trichoderma, respectively.
