摘要
目的研究吸入布地奈德治疗哮喘患儿及对血清TGF-β1与PAF水平的影响。方法选择2014年3月-2015年2月在本院进行治疗的哮喘患儿102例,根据随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用吸入器吸入布地奈德治疗,对照组采用吸入器吸入特布他林治疗。对两组患者呼吸功能,临床疗效,VAS评分以及TGF-β1与PAF水平进行比较。结果观察组的有效率显著高于对照组的有效率(χ~2=8.251,P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者用力呼气量(FEV1.0)、最大呼气流速(PEF)及用力FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF75%和FEF25-75%与对照组比较均明显降低(P <0.05)。治疗后4周和12周时观察组VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组TGF-β1和PAF水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论吸入布地奈德治疗患儿哮喘具有确切的临床疗效,能够显著改善患儿哮喘症状和受损的肺功能,同时其治疗作用的发挥可能与其能够降低血清TGF-β1与PAF水平密切相关。
        Objective To study the effects of inhaled budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma and its effect on serum TGF-beta 1 and PAF level. Methods 103 cases of children with asthma cured in our hospital from 2014 March to 2015 were divided into observation group and the control group according to the random number table. The observation group were treated with inhaled budesonide and the control group was given terbutaline inhaler. Respiratory function, clinical efficacy, VAS score, TGF-beta 1 and PAF levels in the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ~2 = 8.251, P < 0.05). After treatment, the forced expiratory volume(FEV1.0), maximal expiratory flow rate(PEF)and forced FEF25%, FEF75%, FEF50% and FEF25-75% in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05)after 4 weeks and 12 weeks.The levels of PAF beta 1 and TGF-in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Inhalation Budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma has exact clinical curative effect, and it can significantly improve asthma symptoms and lung function, and its therapeutic effect may be related to that it can reduce the serum levels of TGF-β1 and PAF.
