摘要
借助失重曲线和扫描电镜等分析手段,研究了不同稳定剂对铁素体不锈钢在盐酸基溶液中酸洗过程稳定性的控制效果。结果表明:在本试验条件下,络合型稳定剂HF和吸附络合型稳定剂5-磺基水杨酸都能够达到完全去除不锈钢表面氧化层的目的,而在稳定氧化剂的效果和酸洗后不锈钢表面的平整程度上,吸附络合型稳定剂5-磺基水杨酸的效果明显优于络合型稳定剂HF。
The control effect of different stabilizers on the hydrochloric acid pickling process for ferritic stainless steel were investigated by weight loss curve and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results indicated that both complex stabilizer hydrofluoric acid and adsorption stabilizer 5-sulfosalicylic acid dehydrate(SAD)have good effect on the removal of oxide scales.Furthermore,SAD is superior to HF on the stability control and the smooth of pickled surface.
