三白草不同提取物抗肠道病毒71型活性的研究

摘要
目的:研究三白草不同提取物的抗病毒活性。方法:采用细胞体外实验的方法,应用CPE结合MTT的方法,以半数细胞毒性浓度(TC50)、半数治疗浓度(EC50)治疗指数(TI值)为研究目标,以利巴韦林为阳性对照药,研究三白草不同提取物对肠道病毒71型(EV71)的抑制作用。结果:高温水浸泡提取、水超声提取、75%乙醇超声提取和丙酮冷浸提取的四种供试品的治疗指数分别是211. 09、9. 72、43. 69、8. 36。阳性对照利巴韦林的治疗指数为28. 36。结论:四种供试品在体外均对EV71有抑制作用,其中以高温水浸泡提取的效果最好。
        Objective: To explore the antiviral activity of different extractions of Saururus chinensis( Lour.) Baill.Methods: We investigated the antiviral activity of different extractions of Saururus chinensis( Lour.) Baill through evaluating the half cell toxicity concentration( TC50),half therapeutic concentration(EC50) and therapeutic index(TI) of each extractions in EV71 infected models by using the cytopathic effects( CPE) and MTT assays. Ribavirin was served as a positive reference drug. Results: All the extractons of Saururus chinensis( Lour.) Baill had inhibitory effect on EV71 infection. The TC50 of hot water extraction,water ultrasound extraction,75% alcohol ultrasound extraction and acetone soaking extraction was 2. 74 mg/m L,2. 84 mg/m L,2. 89 mg/m L,2. 18 mg/m L,respectively. EC50 was 12. 98 μg/m L,292. 32 μg/m L,66. 14 μg/m L,260. 85 μg/m L,respectively. TI was 211. 09,9. 72,43. 69,8. 36,respectively. Conclusion: All the extractions of Saururus chinensis( Lour.) Baill can block EV71 infection. Among the four extractions,hot water extraction possessed the most effective antiviral activity with a TI value of 211. 09,which was much more higher than those of the positive control of ribavirin.
