摘要
目的:研究柴胡、辛夷及柴胡-辛夷药对的主要挥发油成分,并考察单味药材和不同比例配伍药对中挥发油成分的差异性。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取柴胡、辛夷及不同比例药对的挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS),通过NIST 08谱库检索,对挥发油的主要化学成分进行分析。结果:柴胡、辛夷及3种比例(1∶1、4∶5、5∶4)配伍的药对挥发油中共鉴定出18、41、43、55、52种化合物,其中药对共有成分43种。结论:从挥发油的组成及相对含量分析,不同比例配伍的药对挥发油虽然含量存在差异,但组成基本类似,药对中的主要成分中未发现新的化合物。由此可知,药对挥发油成分来源于单味药材的物理配伍变化,且以辛夷挥发油为主要成分。
        Objective: To analyze the volatile components in herbal pair of Bupleurum Chinese DC.-Magnolia denudate Desr. and its single herb, and to investigate the influence of various herbal pair on the components of thevolatile oils. Methods: Volatile oils were extracted from Bupleurum Chinese DC., Magnolia denudate Desr. andherbal pair adopting water-steam distillation and detected by GC-MS,and the data was analyszed with NIST 08 by comparing the difference between chromatograms to identify the main chemical constituents. Results: There were18、41、43、55、52 volatile constituents in Bupleurum Chinese DC., Magnolia denudate Desr. HP(1∶1), HP(4∶5)and HP(5∶4), and 43 common volatile components were identified in herbal pair. Conclusion: Through analysis tothe volatile oils` constituents and contents, the volatile compositions of difference in herbal pair different proportions was very small, there was no new compounds be found in volatile oils. From this we can assess that the chemical compositions changes in herbal pair were physical compatibility, the main compounds were from Magnolia denudate Desr.
