摘要
为了提高重矿物分离质量及效率,改善实验人员的工作环境,采用一种"环保自动化"重矿物前处理新方法,利用中、高速螺旋桨机械转子对泥沙样品的快速抽打使泥沙松动、分散,再通过超声波震荡使泥沙分离,同时借助水循环将分离出的泥质除去。新方法将处理2块样品的时间由800 min降至140min,较传统手工,重矿物分离效率提高了5倍,且解决了其轻矿物杂质含量高的弊端。此外,新方法采用凝固点相对较低且无毒的无机重液多钨酸钠(密度2.9g/cm3)来代替凝固点较高且毒性较大的三溴甲烷等重液(密度2.92g/cm3),提高了实验室环境质量,攻克了冬季因三溴甲烷凝固而无法作业的难题。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of heavy mineral separation,and improve the working environment of laboratory workers,a novel method of heavy minerals pretreatment was adopted,which using quick rotor of medium and high speed propeller mechanical rotor to make sand and sand loose and disperse,then separating mud sand by ultrasonic wave concussion,finally obtain heavy minerals by removal of the separated mud with water cycle at the same time.The way reduces the process time of 2 samples from 800 minutes to 140 minutes,which is 5 times higher than that of traditional manual heavy mineral separation,and solves the problem of high impurity content in light minerals.In addition,the new method uses a relatively low solidification point and non-toxic inorganic heavy liquid sodium tungstate(density 2.9 g/cm3)to replace the high and toxic tribromomethane equal heavy liquid(density 2.92 g/cm3),which improves the quality of the laboratory environment and solves the difficult problem of the freezing of tribromomethane in winter.
