摘要
番木瓜种植普遍受到病毒性疾病的威胁,各种病毒病使得番木瓜产量和质量严重受损。系统地了解番木瓜病毒病,有助于为培育优质高产的番木瓜提供理论和实践基础。本综述概括总结了番木瓜环斑病毒、番木瓜畸形花叶病毒、番木瓜花叶病毒、番木瓜顶端坏死病毒、番木瓜凋零病毒、番木瓜致死黄化病毒和番木瓜上的双生病毒等主要病毒的分类地位、地理分布、传播途径、受害特征、理化性质等主要病毒特性,并对比分析了现有的防治技术和检测方法,以期探讨和寻找更快速有效的检测与防治番木瓜病毒病的方法,从而为提高番木瓜产量质量提供理论参考和保障。
        The virus diseases are widely damaging diseases in papaya, which seriously affect the yield and quality of papaya. It is useful to understand papaya virus diseases more systematically, so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the breeding of high quality and high yield. In this paper, various papaya virus are summarized,such as Papaya ringspot virus(PRSV), Papaya leaf-distortion mosaic virus(PLDMV), Papaya mosaic virus(PAMV),Papaya apical necrosis virus(PANV), Papaya droopy necrosis virus(PDNV), Papaya lethal yellowing virus(PLYV)Geminivirus and so on. Their classification status, geographical distributions, route of transmissions, harm characteristics, physicochemical and molecular biological characteristics, detection technology, ways of preventing and treating are also reviewed. In order to explore and find rapid and effective detection methods and control methods for the improvement of the yield and quality of papaya and provide theoretical reference and support for improving papaya yield and quality.
