摘要
目的探讨实施个性化健康教育及护理干预对糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月-2017年12月新疆医科大学第一附属医院内科2型糖尿病患者200例,根据就诊顺序进行分组,编码数字为奇数的100例患者作为对照组,编码数字为偶数的100例患者作为研究组。对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组在对照组护理基础上,重点对患者制定和实施个性化的健康教育。结果研究组与对照组平均年龄、性别、病程比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。2组患者护理前,经检测空腹血糖水平,发现护理前的血糖水平无差异(P>0.05)。经实施个性化护理后,对2组的空腹血糖进行再一次的检测,发现研究组的空腹血糖与对照组比较明显降低,并且经统计学处理后,发现2组之间的空腹血糖差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经实施个性化护理后,研究组空腹血糖水平[(6.19±0.31)mmol/L]低于对照组[(7.83±1.77)mmol/L],研究组糖化血红蛋白的水平[(6.66±0.19)%]低于对照组[(8.61±1.33)%],研究组糖化血红蛋白水平[(6.66±0.19)%]明显低于对照组[(8.61±1.33)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基础护理的基础上,对新疆医科大学第一附属医院内科2型糖尿病患者实施个性化的健康教育及护理可控制血糖。
        Objective To explore the clinical effects of individualized health education and nursing intervention on diabetic patients. Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the Department of Internal Medicine of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to December 2017. The patients were grouped according to the order of visiting. 100 patients with odd coding number served as the control group and 100 patients with even coding number served as the research group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the patients in the study group were given individualized health education on the basis of the nursing in the control group. Results The average age, sex and duration of the study group were compared with those of the control group. There was no significant difference between two groups before nursing(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose level before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05). After individualized nursing, the fasting blood glucose of the two groups was measured again. It showed that the fasting blood glucose of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Fasting blood glucose levels in two groups:(6.19±0.31) mmol/L for the study group and(7.83±1.77) mmol/L for the control group. After individualized nursing, the level of glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group(6.66±0.19)% was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.61±1.33)%(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of basic nursing, individualized health education and nursing can control blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.
