中美医学博士研究生科研能力培养的差异浅析

摘要
针对中国目前医学博士生科研能力培养不足的现状,借美国希望之城贝克曼研究中心访学之机,深入剖析了美国博士生科研能力的培养。进而从课题设计能力、文献检索与阅读能力、实验技能、导师参与度及实验目的五个方面对中美医学博士生培养差异进行了比较分析,并提出相应建议。
In view of the current insufficient scientific research ability of medical doctors in China,this paper makes in-depth analysis of the cultivation of doctoral students' scientific research ability in the U.S.through academic visit to the Beckman Research Center of the Hope City.This paper analyzes the differences from five aspects:subject design ability,literature search and reading ability,experimental skills,tutor participation as well as experimental purpose,makes a comprehensive comparison of doctoral cultivation between China and the U.S.and proposes corresponding suggestions.
