摘要
随着清洁油品标准的提高,人们对催化剂性能的要求也逐渐提高,传统Al_2O_3载体已不能满足人们的要求。通过对传统Al_2O_3载体加以改进,研制出一种适用于掺炼劣质加氢焦化汽油的重整预加氢催化剂CoMoNi/Al_2O_3-SiO_2。该剂具有较高的加氢脱硫、脱氮及烯烃饱和性能,在反应压力2.5 MPa、体积空速4.0 h~(-1)、氢油体积比200∶1的工艺条件下,进行了掺炼不同比例(0%、20%、50%)加氢焦化汽油原料的加氢性能评价,加氢产品均能达到重整原料的要求,并进行了催化剂1 500 h活性稳定性试验,试验结果表明催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性。
        With the increasing performance of clean oil, people' s requirements for the catalyst performance hasgradually increased, the traditional Al_2O_3 carrier can not meet people's requirements. Reforming pre-hydrogenationCoMoNi/Al_2O_3-SiO_2 catalyst suitable for blending inferior coker gasoline was developed by improving traditionalAl_2O_3 carrier. The catalyst is charaterized by higher hydrogenation desulfurization, denitrification and olefin satura-tion performance. The hydrogenation performance evaluation was carried out under the conditions of 2.5 MPa, spacevelocity 4.0h-1and hydrogen-oil ratio 200∶1, and different ratios(such as 0%, 20%, and 50%) of coker gasolinewere blended in the feed. The results showed that all products meet the requirements of reforming feedstock. Moreo-ver, the catalyst 1 500 hours activity stability test was carried out, and the results show that the catalyst had goodactivity stability.
