摘要
国内外催化剂科研单位院所和公司的汽柴油加氢处理催化剂主要是针对石油中硫含量、芳烃含量高的特点而研发,以Ni、Co、Mo的化合物为主要活性组分,如Co-Mo型、Ni-Mo型、Ni-W型、Ni-Mo-W型、Co-Mo-Ni型等。对比国内外汽柴油加氢催化剂的现状,其催化剂体系在钨组分上存在明显区别。结合中国国情,可从硫化型、纳米型以及杂多酸型催化剂等几个方面入手,开发出新型高效环保的汽柴油加氢催化剂,特别是可大力开发含钨的杂多酸型的纳米催化剂体系。
        Through the investigation of domestic and foreign catalyst institutes and companies,we find that the gasoline and diesel hydrogenation catalysts are mainly developed for the sulfur content and aromatics content in petroleum. The Ni,Co and Mo compounds are the active components,and there are some types catalysts,such as Co-Mo type,Ni-Mo type,Ni-W type,Ni-Mo-W type,Co-Mo-Ni type. By comparing the domestic and foreign gasoline and diesel hydrogenation catalyst,there are obvious differences within tungsten components. Taking into account China's national conditions,we should develop a new efficient and environmentally friendly gasoline and diesel hydrogenation catalyst with the vulcanization,nano-type or heteropolyacid catalyst-type,especially the development of the containing tungsten nano-catalyst system with a heteropolyacid catalyst-type.
