摘要
介绍一种不预弯、免扩径的JCO宽模不重叠折弯技术。该技术通过采用宽模和大步长,实现了直缝埋弧焊管的不重叠折弯成型。分析认为:足够的折弯力和满足管筒弧形设计要求的上模半径R,是实现宽模不重叠折弯的两个重要条件;采用上模半径R满足管筒弧形设计要求的模具,通过调整下模开口距离和上模下压量,实现宽模不重叠折弯,是提高管筒成型质量和效率的有效措施。
        Elaborated here in the essay is a wide-die/non-overlap technique for JCO forming that is free of prebending and expanding,The said technique has brought about the formation of the LSAW pipe without subjecting to the overlap bending operation step owing to adopting the wide-die and the large stride length as well. The analysis result leads to such a conclusion that both sufficient bending force and the radius R of the upper die that meets the design requirement for the curvature of the cylindrical blank tube act as the two critical preconditions for pipe formation with the wide-die/non-overlap bending process. Quality of blank tube formation and the manufacture efficiency shall be improved by means of such measures as using die with the upper part's radius R meeting the design requirement for the cylindrical blank tube, and adjusting the opening distance of the lower die, and the screwdown amount of the upper die so as to obtain the purpose of wide-die/non-overlap bending.
