摘要
为了探究在绝缘系统中使用国产云母带替代进口云母带的可行性,通过模拟线棒试验对比研究了进口丰罗云母带与国产云母带的工艺性能和电气性能。结果表明:国产云母带的工艺性与进口云母带存在一定差距,国产云母带的常态介质损耗因数偏高,但热态介质损耗因数较低,表明国产云母带与国产H级浸渍漆的配套兼容性更好。国产云母带绕包线棒的击穿电压达到进口云母带绕包线棒击穿电压的90%以上,可满足低压电机设计裕度要求。
In order to explore the feasibility of replacing the imported mica tape with domestic mica tape in insulation system, the technological properties and electrical properties of the imported mica tape and domestic mica tape were compared by experiments on simulating wire bar. The results show that there is certain difference between the technological properties of the domestic and imported mica tapes. The normal dielectric loss factor of the domestic mica tape is higher slightly, while its dielectric loss factor at high temperature is lower, which indicates that the compatibility between domestic mica tape and domestic H-grade impregnating varnish is better. The breakdown voltage of the domestic mica tape wrapped bar reaches more than 90% of breakdown voltage of the imported mica tape wrapped bar, which can meet the design margin requirements of low voltage motor.
